More than one month ago in my post about the city break I took in Prague, I promised you some more adventures and photos to come in the near future. Since then Madrid got pinned on my map of places visited, and now here comes Edinburgh, which I was looking forward since 9 years have passed by since I got the chance for the first time to stroll on the city's streets.
And it was worth waiting nine years. Now I got a totally different perspective of the capital of Scotland, being mature enough (I hope) to see the beauty lying beneath which was invisible to my eyes when I was just about to become 17. The narrow alleys, lively streets, the exceptionally sunny weather (ok, most of the time), the stunning architecture and the colleagues without whom the trip wouldn't have became a reality, all added a considerable amount to the experience of this magical place.
This trip also marked my first year anniversary at WSP, which is easy to be remembered for me thinking to the trip to Bilbao which was exactly one year ago, where I left on my third day of employment. I consider that trip still one of the most important milestones I achieved on the path of being accepted as a member of our little community at such a huge company, and this milestone keeps getting newer and newer ones next to it.
If you wish to get a taste of this amazing city, just hit on one picture below and let them take you on a journey which includes the Old Town including the castle, Arthur's Seat and The Falkirk Wheel.
See you soon!
